International Madonnas

A series of sublime international madonnas emerged through my paint brush from an inner place of loss and grief during a dark night of the soul a number of years ago. The message for me was and is, that underneath all of the seeming darkness and negativity, there is a place of joy, light, and blisss deep inside of each of us, if only we can be in touch with it. Painting was the medium for my making a blessed connection with this joy, in the form of these healing madonnas.

With prayer and meditation I began to understand another aspect of their healing qualities that is connected to the presence of the Madonna, as a representative of the Divine Feminine, which is much needed in our violent times. She is a bringer of peace, and this is my wish for the world.

The original paintings were painted with acrylic paint on paper and are approximately 12 x 12 inches. Contact me for prices for the original paintings. Offered here are prints (reproductions) of the madonnas that have gold paint added to them. You may purchase one or several.
